RAW Workflow

A good RAW workflow is essential for photographers who wish to produce images of the highest quality. I can explain how and why we use RAW, the advantages and disadvantages, and demonstrate these points with real examples so that you can judge the differences for yourself.

Adobe Lightroom

Lightroom is my primary photographic tool - I've been using it since it was first available in beta form and I've since become well known in the community for my plug-ins that extend its feature set.

I'm able to walk photographers through any aspects of using this software, including:

• The database concept.
• Importing, cataloguing and keywording images.
• Using Lightroom effeciently to select the best images from a shoot.
• Metadata — why and how to use it.
• Developing RAW images.
• Create slide shows and web sites.
• Using the print module.
