The choice of location for the workshops is very open. Your options are described below.

1) The South of France

The Vercors plateau

The workshops are mainly held in and around Valence in the South of France (part of the Drôme, about an hour south of Lyon), which provides an extremely rich venue for photography and an ideal location for a photographic holiday.

With easy driving distance to many of France's most stunning photographic venues there is something for everybody, from the beauty of the Vercors and Alps mountain ranges to the majestic provincial cities of Nimes, Arles and Avignon. Since the workshops are based around your own needs you may choose to include some of these great locations as part of the workshop, visit them independently of the workshop or simply use the undeniable charm of the local area. Imagine if you will the combination of beautiful French cities and landscapes, great food and wine and a tailor-made photographic workshop that you can fit into your schedule. Wonderful, no?

2) Your own area

This isn't your only option though. I may also be able to travel to you or meet you at another location. This could actually reduce the price of the workshop since there will be one person travelling (me) rather than an entire group.

3) Photographic holiday
